I do this by developing their business writing and presenting skills, and strengthening their communications processes.
Business communications training and coaching
As a trainer and coach, I share the techniques, tools and tricks-of-the-trade that professional writers and communicators use.
My content is designed to be engaging, interactive and practical for participants. This way, they enjoy their learning on the day and can implement it in their work immediately.
Business communications consulting
As a consultant, I help organisations tackle the fundamental problems that are holding them back.
I collaborate closely with my clients to create shared resources and working practices. Then, their teams have the tools they need to produce better communications more quickly and easily.
Sometimes, I combine training, coaching and consulting in one project for my clients. The consulting addresses the underlying problems, and creates new tools and processes. Then, the training and coaching teaches team members how to work in the new way and develops their communications skills.
