Take effective notes while you’re participating in a meeting
Professionals need to be able to take good notes in meetings and use them to produce clear proposals, updates and reports. Clients and senior managers expect nothing less.
Participants will learn how to capture the main points, key questions, new ideas, actions and their own thoughts from their meetings.
And they’ll practise producing communications using their notes in specially-designed exercises which will develop and consolidate their skills.
